Very satisfied with this item
I’ve been using this cervical traction device for days and have noticed a real difference in my neck tension. It’s easy to use, feels sturdy, and gives a gentle but effective stretch. The design supports the neck well without discomfort, and the included travel bag is a nice touch for storing or taking it on the go. It’s been helpful for managing pinched nerves and stiffness. Overall, very satisfied with the quality and results.

Excellent Quality & Real Results
We use this traction device in our medical office, and it has proven to be extremely effective. Patients feel real relief from neck tension and pinched nerves after just a few sessions. The construction is solid, the traction is smooth and controlled, and the setup is very user-friendly. Highly recommend for anyone who needs reliable cervical decompression at home or in a professional setting.

Well constructed and worth every pennyhh
We have used this on my husband since the first day and he says it works very well and relieves a lot of his neck pressure. The machine it’s self was easy to use and directions are also easy to follow. The traction machine is able to adjust at an incline or to lay flat. You can control the amount of pressure you want with the dial which is able to be held in your hand while using the traction pressure. Very well made and able to control at the touch of your hand.

Truly life changing
A few years ago I had been going to a chiropractor to help regain the natural bend in my neck after cervical disc replacement. This chiropractor decided he was going to pop or adjust my atlas which is the very top vertibrea on your spine (this is very dangerous btw and should not be donw without your explicit permission). When he did that all my neck muscles totally seized and I had to have 2 rounds of trigger point injections to even get any relief for over a month. I never went back and from then on I learned to just live with a bit of pain. Fast forward 2.5 years later I started physical therapy for neck, shoulder, hip, lower back issues. I told my physical therapist that for YEARS I have felt like if someone could pick me up by my head and give me a good shake everything would go back to where it belonged. She asked me if I had ever tried traction. I had not, but was willing to try anything. I went home got online and started researching. This is the machine that I decided on. I got it two days later and tried it out immedietly. I slowly started this and got up to 30 pounds of traction. I held it for ten minutes. The moment I sat up I had ZERO feeling in my neck and shoulders. ZERO where there was consistantly pain. It was glorious, but surely it wouldn't last. I went to bed and for once slept through the night, I had no pain. My head was able to sink into my pillow instead of feeling tensed up. I woke up, still no pain. It has been ONE WEEK and I have not had an iota of pain. I lived with years of pain and after 15 minutes in this machine I literally have my life back, happiness back, restful sleep back. I did not realize how much the pain was affecting my life until it was gone. I am a believer and I will share this with anyone I have the opportunity to share with. So whae I say this machine is life changing, I truly mean it

Misleading Product - Not Close to Woth the Money
I have a bulging disc in my spine and this was similar to a device I use at PT. I thought with it being so expensive, it would be better than the one they use there that isn't as comfortable. I was wrong. This one is more comfortable, but the ratcheting system they use instead of hydrolic is incredibly inconsistent. Once I get past 15 "pound of pressure", nothing feels different. There is no way this item goes up to "50 pounds of pressure" indicated on its control dial. I've decided to give it time and try to work the the product, but I'm in too much pain to pay this much money and not have the device work as advertised. Edit: this device is now broken. Its dial that indicates the pressure no longer moves and I have to unwind the control device all the way just to get it to pull up. It's broken now and I have no idea why. It will be unfortunately returned. It's only benefit is it's comfort and carrying case.

Excellent Quality and Works WELL!
Excellent Quality and Works WELL! I researched a lot of these devices because they are PRICEY!! But when you are in pain and something can fix it or help it.....well it is WORTH the Cost if it will hold up over time. I have 2 discs in the base of my neck that are COMPRESSED and pressing on nerves so my arm and hands where not only going Totally Numb but burning and in a LOT of Pain and it was getting worse! so went to the chiropractor and along with her adjustments (using that little thumper thing not manually) she recommended Cervical Traction. I went to the Physical therapy place to price it out for a visit and see what they had avail. Well $160 PER SESSION for 15 minutes from the time you walk in to walking out. Only traction for 3 minutes. NO WAY! So I bought this device. It works GREAT!! I started with ONLY 2 Minutes 3 times per week then moved up to 3 Minutes 2-3 times per week the next week. Be sure you lie on a FLAT surface to do this not your bed! This is your NECK and ability to Move Period so do NOT use it on a SOFT Surface that you will SINK down into. Easy to use. Loved the DIAL to do the Traction. Some people say it jerks you when you are getting out of it.....well....READ the Directions.....Use Common Sense....when you are ready to RELEASE the Tension, HOLD ONTO THE DIAL with 1 hand and with the Other Hand PRESS the Red Button WHILE STILL HOLDING THE DIAL and SLOWLY ROTATE the Dial Backwards. No Jerking at all!! YOU CONTROL the Timing of the Release of the Tension that way. I did have some trouble reading the indicator of how much tension I was using unless I had a light source right there down at my level to be able to see it. But that is minor. I just had my husband read it for me a couple of times until I knew EXACTLY How Many "Turns" of the Dial went to the Number of Tension I wanted. Now I just Count the Turns of the Dial. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Device if you READ all the Directions 1st and This Seller!!! Also the Bag that it comes with is VERY nice and makes it Easily Portable. I Could not find my pictures to go with the review but it is sturdy. Love it.

Can be dangerous!
I reinjured my neck with this. I have used it for 3 days now. Try as I might to be very careful. When you release the pressure it comes back down so very fast that it will injure your neck and cause worse problems. My Dr told me to try it to try and avoid corrective surgery and now I am wondering if surgery is the way to go. But with all of the pain medication shortages, I am desperate to find relief. 🥲
