This stuff is amazing. I had my Bariatric surgery 4 years ago. My hairdresser was saying wow you don’t have bald spots anymore. I told her I am taking these vitamins and she said that’ll do it. They’re not hard to swallow. I am happy it’s a pill per day. Easy for me.

All in One Pill
Economical compared to other brands. All necessary vitamins and minerals in one easy-to-swallow pill. I haven’t noticed any immediate effects nor symptoms from lack of essential vitamins or minerals either. I also haven’t experienced any gastrointestinal issues which is good. It’s not difficult to swallow but it is a larger size since it’s comprised of a large dose in one pill. Thus far, I recommend this brand over other for the aforesaid reasons.

Best multivitamin
I've been feeling SO much better since taking this!! I was using another multivitamin that didn't have the amounts I needed. I can really feel the difference now! More active and energised. Highly recommended! I'm definitely ordering more. I don't really smell or taste anything, and the size is also a good one. Never had a problem while taking it. Also I don't know if I'm crazy but my hair is growing back again and much faster

These are very easy to swallow.
I've been taking Shiney Leaf bariatric vitamins for over two years now. I started on them before my surgery because I have a hard time taking anything with iron in it. I knew that I would need the iron after my surgery. I've found that I have no issues with this brand. I really like that. I also have recommended this brand to people in my support group. I highly recommend thus brand if you're having any type of bariatric surgery. It has the same ingredients and amounts of the brand that doctors office offers, only this brand costs less.
