Mayan's Secret Certified Organic Lucuma Powder, 16 oz/Pack | High in nutrients

I bought this on a whim to add to smoothies and limit some of the sugars. It tastes a bit like caramel but is not an over powering flavor. This particular brand did seem to be the best value even though I think it is a bit expensive.

This ingredient pops up in some of my superfood smoothie recipes. This product was a great add for taste and nutrition.

Was not a fan of this product. I tried it as a sugar alternative in my coffee, and it did not dissolve well and in the bottom of the cup it left a gelatinous residue which was quite unappealing. Did not try it in any smoothie or baking so can’t speak to that. Just be aware that it is a powder the texture of flour and acts like flour so not granulated at all.

OMG! The worst experience ever! It looks like incinerated matter. Feels in the mouth like ash and the taste was not pleasant at all. Maybe other people liked it, but I would never ever buy it again!
