I'm afraid this won't work, it only protects against rain and sweat

Q: Does this connect to two devices at once?

Yes, but you may have a problem getting it to go into pairing mode if it is automatically connecting to a prior device. So turn off the Bluetooth on the prior device while you pair it with the second device. Then you can have both devices connected, but it will pause one of them while the other one plays. I learned this from the manual for another BT headphone.
