The **seat cushion** may seem a bit flimsy at first, yet it’s comfortable even for long sittings. The **armrests could use a bit more cushioning**, though they’re still functional and well-placed. Also, the **free assembly service arranged by Amazon** was smooth and quick. Overall, a **great ergonomic chair** with minor improvements needed but excellent comfort, support, and value for the price!

This is honestly the worst “ergonomic” chair I’ve ever used. From the first day, it has been uncomfortable and nothing like what was advertised. The wheel quality is extremely poor they barely move and feel cheap. For the price, this is completely unacceptable. I really regret buying this chair and would NOT recommend it to anyone.
