Its Terrible, low quality plastic casing material
Very bad quality, the sandwich maker broke in two parts with in 10-15 uses. The seller states they have no warranty for Canada, why would they be allowed to sell products in Canada without warranty in the first place!

Broke on the second use.
I am very disappointed with this product. When using it for the second time, the bottom handle cracked off. There is no way to close the latch so it's pretty useless now. I've had sandwich makers from other companies that lasted for years. I see now that there are other reviews with the same issue. I wish I would have read them before I bought. It was a waste of money.

It broke immediately after using it. 😩 😭 I haven't been able to return or replace it yet. 😫 I'm way too busy to deal with returning this item. 😤 😩 #breakage #return #replacement #hassle #time #bad quality it does what it's supposed to do, just cheap plastic.

Makes a great sandwich but….
Love this sandwich maker for the three days i had it, made amazing sandwiches. I think any maker would do the same. I put too big a sandwich in it and tried to squeeze it down. The maker blew up into a bunch of shards and big parts. It’s garbage after three days. Mostly my fault, but definitely don’t recommend if to want a big sandwich squeeze into a delicious pocket
