How can I give this more than 5 stars. This freaking thing is awesome. The soft neoprene interior the fits well on my hips, and it has a strong durable exterior. The chains and carabiners are good quality and for the price, holy cow. So far I've plate loaded it 60 lbs, with no concerns at all. I picked the black, and have used it for dips and pull ups every day since I purchased it. It feats neatly into my gym backpack. That's all I have to say. Don't be afraid of this purchase!!!! It's 50% less than DICKS.

Exactly as advertised. Comes in good shape, is strong and durable. Feels good for weighted pull ups.

This belt does the job and it a great price. Definitely would get this instead of paying for a $40+ belt. I do wish it weren’t so loud. When it’s in my bag you can hear it in every single step. Still 5 stars because I don’t know if there really is anything that could be done about the noisy metal chain so whatever no big deal.

I want a leg press but theyre pricy. So..I bought this, and 2 inexpensive yet functional band sets with clips that are very heavy duty. Whole thing cost less than $100. And I have a welder total gym with the sliding board. I hook up the bands to a post, hook up the waist trainer to the bands and put it around my waist and using the bottom board I use it as a leg press and it works. Need more tension? Move it away. Need heavier weight, get more bands. This is a game changer for people with litter space especially since the bands can go in a box. And its more versatile.

Good quality belt that gets the job done. I keep this in my gym bag at all times now and use it a couple times a week. I do pull-ups with 90 pounds on the regular and this has no problem attaching to my two 45 pound plates.
