This set has everything you need except a skinning knife. Buy one separately. I have had this set for a while now and have cut up some big game at my hunting camp. All of the knives are quality and work great with BBQs and other events. Perfect for cutting up big pieces of meat before and after cooking. Extremely sharp. Value for the money. The only issue is the holders for the sheeths don't work well. But minor considering I got them for cutting meat.

Nice set of knives, Very functionable and well made enough to be displayed proudly. Blades are very sharp, protected by plastic sheaths. Rust resistant as expected. Very durable set, easy to use. I wouldn't want to use them continually for an 8 hour shift because of the handle design, but they are designed very well for short term use but have to much curve for all day use. (I was a meat cutter for 30 years).

Extremely encouraged by this set of knives, sharp, great looking and amazing kitchen tools for working prepping food, butchering, slicing, etc. You won't be disappointed!

Very sharp and seems to hold it's edge very well and very sturdy. Confusing to put back in the case so remember where stuff goes. Is definitely more of a butchers knife kit than a chef's knife kit. Despite the handles having the weird shape they are very comfortable to hold and very functional to use. Must be cleaned as the instructions say after each use or you will get rust and the coating on the tops will start to diminish, follow the instructions!

All I can say is that this is such a fantastic set of Knives! This was a gift to my brother who loves to cook and he takes them everywhere! They have a nice weight and feel, the blades are the perfect lengths, and functionally they are flawless! I don’t see these rusting or breaking ever!

I'm a professional chef and these knives are probably the best knives I've had. They stay sharp. They fit comfortably in my hand, light weight. Beautiful edge. They are perfectly balanced. I've had them for a while, no rust. Best knives for the money.

Looks very nice was well packed, husband loved the look of the blades and how the bag to carry them in looks.
