Organized chromatically from A to G#. Chords for each key displayed on facing page, thus easy, quick reference: major, minor, 7th, minor 7th, suspended 4th, suspended 2nd, major 7th, added 9th. A companion book, organized by keys, with the the primary chords for playing in that key displayed together, e.g. C, F, G7, . . etc. Such a book would be nice, but have yet to find one as elementary and as well-organized as this one. Finally, poor packaging. Book came in a plastic, bubble envelope, and, with no stiffener, the book got bent up considerably. Review: Excellent Reference and Easy to understand - excellent easy to use just bought another one for a friend
