Good product, makes cooking easy and convenient for new mothers and working ladies. I need to mention a few points. After two months of use, the cooker suddenly stopped working, but since it was under warranty, the company replaced it with a new one after a single call. Thanks to Agaro customer care for the quick response, and special thanks to Payal Ghosh, who was looking into the matter.

Value for money and easy to use i tried all the type of rice (followed manual) easily cooking. And specially non veg soup(chicken/beef) I tried slow cooking method excellent result 😋😋.. low carb white option simply superb feel diffrent taste.. easy to clean because good tefflon coating... I am completely satisfied

well its not ceramic its only the coating that wear off after some time its alluminium bowl so if they mentioned it right i would never purchase a alluminium bowl ever this is fraud

I bought my cooker about 11 months ago. It was working fine for 10 months, then i started getting an error with the product. I reached out to agaro customer care, they were very helpfull and supportive. They replaced the cooker with a new one. Shoutout to Payel gosh, the customer support representative who helped me. Thanks for your support. About the working of the cooker itself, Capacity : 3 L if cooking without the steamer. 1L if steamer is used at the same time. Ease of cleaning: only need to clean the inner vessel than the whole thing. Better than a pressure cooker. The white things has to be cleaned about once a month. If left unclean for a long time, it will give a foul smell. Value for money: yes, especially if you steam often. Steaming is very quick. Rice is made at the right consistency everytime regardless of how much water is added to the vessel. Taste is good, if not better

Bought this cooker in November, this product doesn’t even last a month, got repair, I don’t understand why these issues are happening even for a brand like Agaro, very bad experience with the product, fortunately I have registered it under warranty and got it replaced with the help of Anusmita ma’am from customer care, but not gonna buy anything from Agaro anymore , thanks
