Bought one in 24 was having trouble with water getting in and freezing line this one has plastic covers to shed water great product was trying to to figure how to protect my old one thanks for the improved version

Works as expected. Condensation inside gauge after 2 weeks of use
No real complaints other than the gauge getting moisture inside of it within 2 weeks of use. Not sure if this is common or just a gauge that isn’t very well sealed. It works as expected so I wouldn’t say its not worth buying because it one of the best deals out there if you’re looking for something to feed a fireplace or grill (or both).

Explosive failure!!!
Installed this regulator on a standard 20 lb tank around 1pm. Less than five hours later while the running two open burners something in the regulator blew causing an extremely high pressure leak. Within seconds the volume of propane that escaped was enormous. Because the leak was so bad it was very difficult to get to the tank valve to shut it off. This could have been catastrophic, especially given that it happened on my boat!

It works as expected
It works as expected. Very compact. The turn knob going to a propane tank is a bit narrow and could be difficult to tighten due to limited space. The main goal was getting an output pressure of .5 psi, which was verified after installation.
