Q: How much should I buy to stuff a 7ft adult empty bean bag cover?

For a bean bag that size, we do not recommend the memory foam filling as it will get too heavy to move around. If you can find conventional shredded foam, that would be your best option.

Q: Is it washing machine worthy? I’d like to place in in a dog bed liner that inserts into a dog bed.

I’d say be careful washing it. Make sure the liner it’s in won’t leak or else this stuff will be everywhere and you’ll have a horrible mess to clean out of your machine.
