This a very good quality Ubuquinol. Co Q10 (ubiquinone) must be converted by your body into Ubiquinol, which decreases the amount of Ubiquinol in your body. Using a Ubiquinol product means that your body gets substantially more of the Co Q10 into your system

I am a 35 year old woman taking this under medical advice to help conceive. So far I’ve noticed an instant boost in alertness and focus like I just had a cup of coffee, but minus the brain fog and crash that comes with coffee. I also feel an increase in energy at a cellular level, as in my body moves like when I was a teenager again. Been taking this for a week and so far I am loving it. Will update with any additional effects.
