This is a great dry rub for chicken. Entire family loved the taste. Will buy again.

Not the best, but a pretty good chicken seasoning

Used this for smoked pulled chicken and for smoked pork loin chops. Added a good flavor to both. A trace of heat here and there, but not exactly hot. Will be using for baby back ribs next. Rather bulky, and packaging not great, the inner bag was completely split but the outer bag held the contents. One will need to transfer to some kind of container immediately on opening. Did discolor my synthetic cutting board, even after a dishwasher cycle.

Perfect for poultry

It was good, and easy to use. I coated an entire cut-up chicken and there was more than half of the bag left. The chicken came out of the oven great. My husband liked it, and he will be taking the rest of the chicken to work for his lunches. I personally don't like spicy foods, though, so I hope they come out with something with less red pepper in it.

Works great with chicken or pork. We smoked a whole chicken with some bratwurst. It turned out great!
