Convenient device to keep the van tidy! PROS: - Nice size. Fits in the storage well between the front row and middle row of my Odyssey. - Good enough power. As long as the filter is emptied regularly, it seems to get all the dirt and grass and food crumbs. - The attachments work well and can get to some of the tighter spots. - Decent length on the cord to reach from front 12V or rear 12V jacks. - Convenient storage pouch included so everything is stored together easily. CONS: - Not a big con, but does require to be plugged in to operate vs. being charged up between uses. That would have made this a better value. - While it works great getting the leather seats and floor mats suctioned, the suction on the carpet is not as good. Not usually a big deal (that is why I have the floor mats after all!) but have to pull out the ShopVac to get the really big jobs done.

My wife bought this vacuum for her car and I only really had opportunity to use it more than a year later. It was surprisingly good. The suction was light but when vacuuming on mostly hard / rubber surfaces in a car it worked just fine. The fit & finish of the vacuum was very good, it came with an extra couple of tools, a hose and a long cord for a 12v outlet and a nylon bag to put it all away in. Impressive.

I wish I would've taken a before and after picture! You'll just have to take my word for it. So initially I was skeptical of this vacuum because of its small size. I noticed there were TONS of reviews though, mostly decent, so I decided to pull the trigger on it. I have a messy toddler and am about to have my second baby, so the idea of being able to plug it in right in my car and do some cleaning, was really appealing. I also really like the idea of having different attachments for cleaning nooks and crannies. I decided the other night to get it out and give it a shot and I'll say, initially I wasn't overly impressed. I plugged it in and turned it on (yes, with my vehicle running) and thought, "wow, that's it?" But when u started vacuuming with it I was actually pretty impressed. So NO, you're not going to get industrial vacuum-quality with this device. However, like I said, if you want to be able to take your time at your own house and so some car cleaning, this device is great. It actually did a pretty good job of cleaning my carpets and giving my car a refresh. I loved that the attachments helped me get into spaces I'd never have access to with the vacuum at the car wash. So between the counsel and the seats, etc. The hose in my opinion is shaped oddly and doesn't work too well, but I loved the brush and the straight attachments. The hose plugs in one way to the vacuum and then faces a different direction at the end, so it's pretty uncomfortable trying to straighten it out to fish it down into a nook. Not bad, though. Just personally won't be using that attachment as much. I like that it includes a brush for the filter and an extra filter. What I did find annoying was that the suction power was lacking if even the smallest amount of dirt and hair stuck to the filter. So I felt as though I was constantly emptying the dust cup even when I should've been able to fill it up more. Lot of dirt and particles like to stick right around the tip where it sucks, right in the crack between the opening and the outer plastic. So that was annoying, but holding it facing up and giving it a few good taps sent the dust down with the rest of it by the filter which was good. I did notice that when you open it and take the filter out to dump the dust, the rubber ring on the filter gets dusty and makes it difficult to seat it back into place within the plastic so you can click that back onto the actual vacuum. So tinkering with that was pretty annoying trying to get it to seat correctly so I could get back to vacuuming. It took me quite a while to complete but my car also hadn't been vacuumed in a while. All in all, I would say this is a really good but also flawed device that is nice to have if you don't like having to go to the car wash to clean out your car, or you have small and messy children like I do and want to be able to clean up after them in a pinch and at home. This device as I mentioned earlier is also quite good for the nooks and crannies the car wash vacuum heads simply cannot reach. However if you're expecting professional detailer-quality results, you'll likely be disappointed. This vacuum does have pretty good suction power but some stuff that is almost weaved into the carpet fibers still remains. It is not perfect, and i would say it's not quite as professional quality as the claims state on the box. It also claims you can clean wet messes with it, however I have not tried that as of yet and am not sure I'd be comfortable testing that. So, all in all, if you're looking for what i described, you should definitely get this product. However if you're looking for something more professional grade, you may want to look into something a lot more powerful. I am happy with the value of it, and hope to get a lot of use from it.

I went off of the good reviews with this purchase thinking because of the bad reviews it was a product I was just going to have to use for myself to find out. When I first turned it on I thought there is no way this thing is being used to clean your whole car. We have an expedition so there’s a lot of space to clean. I tested it out after vacation with a day at the beach. This car was bought right before this vacation so it was already completely clean before we left. I definitely needed the upholstery attachment for the floors. You can see in the video it does pick up some sand but it also seems to fling it around too. I wanted to see what this vacuum could do on its own first. Your going to need to smack the rugs outside of the car first and then see how much dirt and sand you can vacuum. The suction is honestly not the greatest. I used all the attachments and the crevice cleaner is ok, it could be more angled on the edge though to really get into tight places. The cord reaches all the way to the back of the car but if you move it wrong it will lose power and you’ll have to go back and jiggle it in better. It recommends only running for 10 minutes at a time and then give it a rest. This is for quick cleaning of small messes in my opinion. I did clean the whole car after vacation to test it out, but as much as I hate lugging out a large vacuum to the garage, that probably would’ve been a faster and deeper clean. This will get the job done if you’re away from home and your kid spills their snack and it is compact enough to fit in the car. I’ve only used it this one time so I think only time will tell how long it lasts. Edit-6 months later my husband tried to use this vacuum while on vacation and told me I should get my money back. Really not useful for actually cleaning.

I didnt read any other reviews but if there are any saying how the thing does keep charge.. it really does. I love this for the job I use ot for which is tidying up the area around my cats litter box and my bed and small areas. Its by no means a heavy duty dust buster but it really gets the job done. Love it. It stayed plugged in under my bed and is a great way to discipline said cats when they are being destructive. Just hit the on switch and they scatter from chewing on the plants yet its still quiet. Id buy it again for the price, size, and quality.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. This vacuum is small - a lot smaller than I thought it would be. I was expecting it to be the size of a lot of the cordless household ones, but this is much smaller. Because it is small, the attachment hose and other attachments it came with clog easily with things like dry pine needles. You can shake them out, even while the vacuum is running because the suction is non-existent. More on that suction issue in a bit. It is also made out of cheap plastic. You would want to treat this like it is glass because it would probably break if you were to set it down roughly, or set something on it on accident. The plastic is thin and just garbage. It's just absolute garbage, not made out of quality anything. I missed the fact that this was also corded. Not a deal breaker, just wasn't expecting that. I would have been willing to hassle with the cord if it worked. This vacuum's suction power is non-existent. It is a gutless wonder. It does not want to suck anything up (including dirt), even with my car is running. They advertise that this vacuum will work better with your car running, so I started off using this with my car running. If that is the best it has, it is terrible!! One possible contributing factor in the lack of suction (besides a small motor and the poor quality materials used to manufacture this thing) is how it is designed. It is designed with a plastic flapping "door" near the mouth of the vacuum where you suck up stuff which probably accounts for some of the lack of suction power. The vacuum has to suck the door open in order to suck anything up!!! I do not understand that design at all, as it probably greatly reduces the sucking power, which would explain the lack of suction. Heck, it was not even able to suck open the door!! I had to shake the vacuum around in order for the flapping door to move, hoping there would be a brief suction. Yeah...terrible!!! I know that my car is dusty with dirt. It has not been vacuumed in a long time. But the vacuum was pretty much clean after using this vacuum. Very little dirt residue was inside the vacuum because the suction is just that bad. The air filter? Hardly dirty at all from my trial vacuuming my car out. There are no words. Really. This vacuum does not work. Period. I will be returning it for a refund. It does not do what it is advertised to do, which is VACUUM my car.

Holy cow! I wasn’t anticipating this to work as well as it did! My car is used for work and gets pretty dirty with sand and dirt (plus dog hair!), and this did a great job getting almost all of it! When the pet hair brush did its thing I was quite impressed. Plus the cord is the full length of my SUV which was a bonus. And it fits nicely into its own carrying case with a cleaning brush for the filters. Absolutely powerful enough to get the job done, and quickly. Also relatively quiet. Worth the money!

I replaced my old vehicle with a newer one, and added new floor mats (laser cut specifically to the model of vehicle). My home cordless vacuum was a challenge to get into crevices and lacked the suction needed. I caught this one on sale and when it arrived, I set to work cleaning up my large 8 seat SUV with large cargo area. The cord is long enough that I could vacuum all 4 segments of the cabin from one outlet. My only snag is that the plug dislodges easily from my outlets, but that could be a problem with my outlets, not the vacuum cord. Aside from that, I absolutely love this tool. I can multitask and do a quick tidy of my vehicle while refilling the sizeable fuel tank on my gas gobbler, and get the dirt and crumbs out of there. I have used it on my spouse's cloth upholstered vehicle and gotten dirt dislodged from the seat seams and the carpet. Waiting in the carpool line and tired of playing games on the phone or doom scrolling social media, or maybe killed the phone battery doing those things? Suck up that dirt and avoid being embarrassed about how dirty the car is when the carpool passengers climb abord the magic carpet on wheels. If you're the sort of person like me, living the Hot Mess Life, you can feign looking like you have your shizz together in small moments that are easy to capture. This vacuum comes with an extension hose, crevice tool, brush tool to scrub the dirt loose, a brush tool to clean the sucker tools, a spare filter, and a carry bag to keep it stowed together. Now the bag is great but it would be amazingness to have elasticized mesh pockets for the hose and tools. Or even some hook & loop fastener around the perimeter for the hose portion so that it held the structure of the bag and stayed out of the way when you put the vacuum back in the bag. Even without those things, this little car cleaning kit has simplified my driving life and has come in handy when the kids have jettisoned crumbs under their backsides in the child safety seats. I can now skip having to deal with ants crawling into their seats because we forgot to clean the snacks somebody saved for later. This would be an excellent gift for a baby shower, new driver, no-reason-at-all, you like somebody, your carpool driver keeps a messy car and you want to gently offer a hint that their life could be better and they'd have friends if they just vacuumed the fries out of the seats. This falls under the column of "Clutter Free Gifts" because it is useful, stows neatly in the bag and takes up very little room. If you question whether this is a viable purchase, my answer is yes. Just buy the dang thing.
