First bought at TKMaxx, England. Loved it. Was happy to find it in Amazon tho more expensive. It dissolves easily unlike other unsweetened cocoas. Feels and tastes healthy but could be richer taste.

I had previously purchased a much more expensive option. After doing a little research I found that this powder had the same ingredients and would provide the same health benefits as that more expensive option. I add it to my coffee in the morning and the taste is good. I feel like it helps with my blood pressure and overall cardiovascular health.

I am very pleased with the taste and texture of the cacao. When mixed with lactose free milk no sweetener needed ( lactose free milk is naturally sweet). Sometimes I put it in my coffee and sometimes with milk. From what I have read Ghanaian cacao adheres to EU strict standards and recommends amount to stay within heavy metals levels.

Excellent product. Arrived quickly. Has a delicious rich chocolate flavour and no added sugar. Having read the previous review, I was dubious about buying this powder which my friend had recommended to me. Having looked on the Consumer Labs website myself, it seems as though Aduna have not been deliberately misleading about their product – in fact, it was a mistake by Consumer Labs who published inaccurate information about an old version of the product. The new version of the product, which I received, still has 200mg of flavanols per 20g serving size so it definitely counts as a “high flavanol” product – as it is marketed. In fact, that is why it has been granted a health claim by the European Food Safety Authority. And the cadmium levels are within the World Health Organisation’s guidelines which is good enough for me. I like the fact that by making hot chocolate and baked goods using Super-Cacao instead of the regular cocoa powder I’ve used for years, my heart health is benefiting and I am also adding fibre, magnesium and potassium to my diet. I also like supporting companies that give back and Aduna works with small-scale producers in Africa.

I mix this with my cup of morning coffee...I'm not ready to give up coffee yet! I don't add sugar and the taste is tolerable. My energy levels are up and I don't get the mid day drags like I used to. I recently had back surgery and my mobility has increased. My pain is down and I attribute this to the stem cell boosting effects of the cocoa flavinoid. I was heartbroken when trying my first cup expecting a taste similar to hot chocolate...I pouted for about a week!

The more I learned about chocolate and cacao, the more I recognized the benefits of the low cadmium and lead levels that are not available in cacao from South or Central America. I specifically looked for 100 percent Ghanaian cacao, and that is how I came across Aduna. But once I tasted it...I was sold. This is the only cacao I will buy. I have recommended it to others. And I am recommending it to you. It is delicious with a rich chocolate flavor without the bitterness that some cacaos have. And an added benefit is that it stirs up easily. If you want the benefits of cacao and deliciousness all in one, don't cheat yourself by paying less for a much lesser product. This is the one!

Hello, this is the real cacao powder, nothing but 100% pure and the best that mother nature can offer. I take two tablespoon in hot alpro plant based milk no sugars with added Yacon syrup with a dash of cinnamon powder and nutmeg. Lowers blood pressure amd give you a good sleep, good for your heart and its a real tonic. Smell lovely, it's rich and tasty. This ADUNA is a very good brand as I have tried other brands but ADUNA CACAO powder is the best by far. Love it and I will buy again from this same seller. I am really enjoying my smoothies and hot delicious drink. Thank you.

This is very good quality cacao. Being enjoying it as a drink and mixing with plain Greek yoghurt, honey and a mixture of nuts. Definitely will buy again.
