I have sciatic as well as a mild spondylolisthesis, and these wraps help with the pain on two fronts. The heat helps with the soothing my back while the wrap itself acts as a hip belt, which supports the SI joint. The heat provided lasts a very long time, sometimes as long as 18 hours. It connects using a strip of velcro, so it's easy to put on and adjust to a comfortable level of tightness.

These work amazingly well and stay warm for the length of time described. Helped with my sciatica issue.

The heat pad is great it actually does the job. It helped me with the pain by relaxing my muscles with the heat. The wrap around belt that holds it in place actually stays put no matter what position your body is in or how much you twist and turn. My only criticism is that being a large girl the wrap around belt could be a little longer but otherwise it's very good.

The heat wraps work well to lower back pain. the only thing is the supplied belt is not long enough to fit a larger person. It does not have adhesive like the thermacare neck wraps. with al ittle mcgyver engineering I made a belt with saftey pins to make the belt work. heat is my friend!

Find this to be absolutely the most incredible back patch! It was this and only this that finally gave me some relief from relentless back pain. Not the Drs, not all the other patches, not the pain pills, not acupuncture, not chiropractic, not physical therapy, unbelievably it was just the ThermaCare back wrap. With this success vibrating thru me I tried the knee patch. My knees have been as painful as my back.The lack of success there was undoubtedly due to the fact that as soon as I strapped them on, they slid right down to my ankles. It was a heartbreak, but, just couldn’t get them to stay up. The back patch, however, in my experience,is superb!

This product is amazing. My coworker offered this to me when I was complaining about my lower back. I didn’t think it was gonna work that well. To my surprise, it lasted through my whole shift 12 hours and I took it off when I went to take a shower, put it on to bed it was still working. My back still hurts but it’s nothing like it was I’m so grateful for this product
