60 yrs old and I must say. What a difference I feel. No joke. I will always order his vitamins. My husband and I really see a huge difference. And we are eating healthy

I like this combined vitamin very much. First, 10.000 IU vit D3 per capsule (I never take a capsule but drop the powder in water and drink) and then the additional K2 you need as well. I take it now every day and feel the difference already.

my 1st purchase was on January 2025 and I feel significant healthier than before regarding my knee pain and overall ...I used to get this "insufficient level" result of Vit D before I consumed this. Then after 4 months consuming Dr.Berg Vit D3 10000iu +K2 , I had my Vit D level checked again and the result showed "sufficient level" on May 2025. I'm happy that this supplement actually works. For maintenance I consume 5000iu now.

I’ve been very happy with this vitamin D supplement. It’s easy to take and doesn’t cause any nausea or stomach discomfort, which has been an issue for me with other brands. After taking it consistently, my vitamin D levels improved at my next check, which I was pleased to see. I usually take it at night along with magnesium, and it fits well into my routine and helps me wind down for the evening. Overall, this has been a high-quality supplement that works well for me.
