They are fabric.
Good if you have long haired girl at home. It's fabric so easy to fit all long hair inside without pulling the hair like rubber one does. Helped my little one love the swimming again. 🏊♀️ The only disadvantage is it fabric and hair do get wet but that's the price for comfort I guess. Still recommend.

Great swimming hats
Great hats for keeping back long hair while swimming. Don’t know why everyone’s mad they’re not waterproof because they’re not latex so I’m not disappointed about that. The elastic isn’t too tight so sometimes it slips off if you don’t wear goggles over it.

STILL WAITING TO GET THEM WET LOOL
I’ve been taking swimming lessons for a few months now, and after a few days, I thought it was time to get some swimming hats. By the time I ordered the hats, I had already finished my lessons and hadn’t even had a chance to wear them! But when I tried them on, they felt really nice and snug. Will upgrade review when I get them wet!

These are fabric, they are not swimming caps!!. Bought them for my daughter and are a totally waste of money. They are like a stretchy fabric and shouldn’t be able to be advertised as swimming caps. So annoyed
