The cap came off after 3-4 months of use. Overpriced

Bottle has scratches, It was not properly wrapped in a polybag. Highly disappointed.
I haven't used the bottle yet but when I opened the bottle it had minute scratches. It was not wrapped in a polybag. I like my things super clean and nice. Shakers looks premium though, I'll share more after 1 month usage.

The site wrote inaccurate descriptions as it describes the bottle as a blender bottle and it is just a bottle I am so dissatisfied

I use this shaker most days with USN shakes and it’s been really good. It feels sturdy and well made and doesn’t have that flimsy feel some cheaper shakers do. What I like most is how easy it is to clean. It comes apart into separate pieces so everything can be washed properly and nothing gets left smelling or stuck inside. Even with regular use it still cleans up well. The agitator works great and gives a smooth shake every time with no lumps. I often add ice and it handles that easily, breaking it up as you shake so the drink comes out cold and well mixed. Overall it feels good quality, works exactly as it should and has held up well with regular use. I’m very happy with it and would buy another if needed.

was stoked to get this... until did, and is not WHITE like ordered. in spite of the label on it saying "arctic white," it is NOT - but is baby blue. does not look WHITE like in picture. IS NOT WHITE. at the least, they were quick to issue a return label. also processed the refund fast and offered that i could keep - though i'd already sent back via UPS. did order another in different color as the design is cool and looks quality. just super disappointing experience at first.
