I bought this soap as an alternative to the Lemon Softsoap my husband likes me to keep at the kitchen sink. I suffer from eczema, and it's especially bad in the winter. Softsoap only makes things worse. So, when it came time to buy more handsoap for the kitchen, I decided to try something new. I wanted something with a lemon scent to satisfy him, but I also wanted something that would moisturize my hands, especially since I'm the cook and I'm constantly washing my hands. I am so glad I decided to give Cleancult Liquid Hand Soap a try. The Lemon Verbana has a pleasant, refreshing lemon scent without being overpowering. The soap is very thick AND moisturizing, and it's easy to wash off. What a difference in quality. I do want to add that although the soap was packed in a separate box, one of the cartons had a puncture and some of the soap leaked out onto the box. Thankfully, it's so thick, it didn't spill all over the place, so I only lost a portion of the soap. I reached out to Cleancult and they responded very quickly. It's the best customer service that I've received in a while.

Hand soap is all about the scent and the grapefruit is fabulous! I've gotten comments from guests in my home, too. It is a bit expensive but worth it, I think. And I like the no-plastic packaging.

Won’t buy it again! It is kind of sticky and makes your bathroom sink dirty in a blink of an eye. It is not moisturizing either and it even makes your hand a bit dryer that it is.

I’m surprised but some of the reviews. I fell in love with this soap instantly. I wanted a hand soap refill that actually had decent ingredients. This one does! And it smells amazing! Not normally a fan of grapefruit, but I love the smell of this soap! It’s like the scent actually changes a bit when you add water- I believe the basil comes out a bit more. Oh and the smell actually sticks around for a little bit too, which I wasn’t expecting. Non drying as well! Great value- I can keep a carton in every bathroom. And you can recycle it!

I love this soap. Unlike many traditional liquid soaps, it doesn't leave any oily residue on my hands. It smells great but isn't overwhelming. The best thing about it and what made me buy it in the first place is that it is a green company. It comes in a carton vs a plastic bottle. I can refill my glass dispensers and feel good about making a small change.
