They are gluten free and fat free. They are pretty much sugar and flavor.

This is a stocking stuffer for my grandson, so i need to know the "use by" date? i don't want to gift him something in 12/2022 that isn't good

The tin will last until bashed to death, nearly forever. The candy is pressed sugar and will not really go stale, it doesn't draw damp either. It might loose flavor, but I haven't had trouble with that either. Mine has been opened for months and is still good, I don't see it going bad ever especially if you don't remove the plastic.
