I cannot speak to whether these do anything noticeable to keep your liver healthy. As someone whose MRI for something else showed cysts and changes in the liver I thought it was time to try some preventative measures. It doesn't make you "feel good" per se so It is hard to know if effective. It does not affect my digestion or give me any side effects. The only way I will know is to get another scan and see if there is improvement and I can report back later.

These do help to improve liver blood work. My levels were off 6 months ago. I started taking these a few times a week. Bloodwork was done again and the levels had improved.

I gave 5 stars for flavor, although there is no flavor. This is a capsule. It is easy to swallow and a great quality. I do a liver and kidney cleanse one a month and this product is great and helps to rid my body of toxins and other germs in my body. It is a great product.
