My doctor recommended for my consipation. Really works. It taste terrible but I mix with cranberry juice. Makes it much easier to drink.

My vet recommended this product for my dog, who had suffered from stomach issues. After many tests and ultrasound, nothing was detected, after he started to take this fiber supplement it worked very well for him. I mix with a bit of water and make a paste, feed small bit at a time as a treat. He does not mind eating it and no additive or flavor. Perfect!

I love how good it works and easy it is to carry with me. The simple ingredients and lack of sugar is the reason I purchased.

I was excited to try this product because one serving is 5g of fiber, which is a nice addition to my daily diet. I put one packet into about 9-10 ounces of water and used my milk frother to mix it. It immediately started to settle in the bottom of the glass. After a few stir and chugs, I was able to get it down, but it was not enjoyable. The smell is a bit earthy and stale, texture a bit gritty, you can taste something but it's not really discernable just not pleasant. Overall, it's like chugging a glass of sawdust water. I might try to mix it with something besides plain water next time, but I was really hoping for a different outcome with this after reading other reviews.
