This product is best on solid surfaces.

Q: Do the beads make the surface slippery? If someone walks over a speed bump that has the glass beads embedded is it a slip hazard?

No, as long as you brush off the excess beads.

Q: How do you assure an even coat? Just cover the painted area and brush off what doesn't stick?

Generally DOT or FAA specifications require the beads be mixed into the paint at a specified ratio depending on the application. Broadcasting is wasteful and doesn’t achieve a uniform application if not applied to rejection. Hope that helps!

Q: Does this work with latex paint?

Yes I have used it with different color latex paint and works great.
