Food is good but quantity is less
My red parrot, Oscar, along with the gourami and albino, all take pleasure in this food. This diet is beneficial for their health, coloration, and growth. However, I believe the quantity should be slightly increased.

Good quality shrimp. Helped we get my super red arowana to stop eating live meal worms. Shrimp are large in size and need to be broken into smaller pieces for smaller cichlids
