I did have a bad thing to say about these things! They're not as pretty as shown, and smaller than I thought it would be! Still if I took them to someone that knew how to polish them, it might be able to change my mind ! Still beautiful! Thank you Tracey K

Do not purchase this stone if you are expecting the stone in the picture. I rarely leave reviews but I had to on this issue. Not sure if I can go back and edit my post so that I may provide a picture of the stone I received. The stone was about half the size of my thumbnail, very dull in color, and half of it was still set in dirt. I would send it back but I only paid $4 dollars for it. As one would say, "You pay for what you get."

The picture of the item is deceiving, as it looks nothing like what I received. The picture shown in the ad is unrealistic & should be changed to reflect the actual product. The opal was much smaller than I expected. That being said, the opal i got is actually very beautiful & I'm quite happy with it. Very nice opal for the price.

If you don't have lapidary skills. I don't recommend buying this kind of stone. If you do have lapidary skills.. well,.. for the price that you pay.. you can expect either something Fair or something not so fair. There's always a risk when you mail order a gemstone of any kind from anywhere.

I didn’t know how small four carrots and a little bit more is. It’s really small. It is a pretty little stone. It’s rough and it has a lot of conglomerates attached to it, but it might make a nice little wire wrap stone. It’s OK I think it’s my fault for ordering such a small piece. But I think somebody would enjoy it if it was wrapped in a very thin silver wire. It was a good purchase. Sellers are good right on time and it came great No video no pictures. It is what it is.

My purchase main item LOOKS NOTHING like the advertised picture, NO FIRE WHAT SO EVER! Looks like chalcedony or colored glass! The chip rock they also sent does have a tiny bit of fire! Bait and switch comes to mind! The milky looking did come faceted!

Nothing like what you see in add. Absolute garbage. I can find better stones on the side of the road
