This is the 3rd time I am ordering the AirMate fan on Amazon, for 3 different bedrooms. It is so quiet and easy to use. I like it cold and airy when I sleep, but have never needed to set the speed higher than 2. I love the friendly-modern style and functionality. Oscillation seems to be either full (like 145 degrees) or off — not able to adjust width. It is also well packaged and double boxed, which means it is unlikely to get damaged in shipping and shows the manufacturer cares about their product.

When I first got this fan I did not intend to keep it and wrote a meh review, thinking it wasn’t the right fan for me. My feelings have since changed. The speed goes up higher than I first thought. It would appear by the indicator lights that it only goes up 4 speeds, but that’s not the case. So it goes up high enough to throw some good air. I also bought it for sleep. The sound it makes for sleep is perfect for me. Not too quiet or annoying. But on lower speeds it’s very quiet, so I can have it on while watching TV. It oscillates and the remote controls all the features. It’s very pretty, the white and grey matches my room perfectly. It ticks all the boxes of what I wanted in a fan. Hope it doesn’t break after a year like my Dreo did.

I originally bought a Woozoo, but the woozoo was a bit clunky and noisy when oscillating This fan does not have the automated up and down motion, however I prefer not having that and having a fan that is absolutely silent when oscillating. When oscillating side to side this fan is perfection, no weird noises. It is silent, very well engineered and great even in a bedroom when sleeping. It is not as powerful as the Woozoo though. Throws the air about 25 ft, so it is not a true air circulator fan. The fan is very quiet, breezy smooth, has the perfect level of background noise for sleeping. It also manually moves up and down in unlimited arrangements and feels very nice. This fan seems built to last. The front cover is about 9" across.

I love this fan. I like to sleep like I’m in Antarctica and this thing delivers. Not overly loud and moves a lot of air! I also like its modern look.

I really want to like this fan but I've found it somewhat irritating. Have had it a few weeks now. Use it as a bedroom fan. Overall, the quality is good. It's not a cheap build product. The instructions have some clear typos and grammatical errors but nothing impactful. I can't figure out what the "baby" air speed is supposed to do. Nothing anywhere seems to describe it. In my own testing, it seems to just be the very lowest setting, nothing more. Maybe it's just a quick button to get to the lowest setting? Not sure. Maybe some people feel like they need the smallest incremental speed changes but for me, 10 speeds or however many just seems unnecessary. The change between some of them is negligible.Quiet, it’s very quiet. Bet that’s wonderful for many. If you need that, even on the highest setting, the sound is quiet and steady, nothing intense at all. I don’t mind some noise, kind of like it actually. This is too quiet for me but that’s not my problem here. Mechanically, so far, seems like a decently made fan.My big gripe is there is some sort of auto-shut off which was not advertised anywhere. I haven’t yet determined exactly what the timing for shut off is but seems something like 24 hours. I have had fans run in my bedroom for literally several years straight. Have only bought a couple fans in 10+ years. I imagine the intent is to not burn out the motor but if that feature exists, have to tell me that, because no way would I have bought it!! If I want to burn the motor out on my fan by leaving it on 24-7, that should be up to me. Or let me decide if that feature is important to me as a buyer. I don’t want the fan to randomly shut off in the middle of the night! Decent fan so I’ll probably keep it for use in another space but had I known it had this auto-shut off feature, not a chance I would have bought it.

The oscillating fan turns fine, the highest setting does cool but doesn’t blow as hard as what I thought it would according to the advertisement. I’m perplexed over the tilt. The tilting head does not hold itself up after a few minutes. Wanted to return the item but missed the return window. Save your money and time and Pass on this fan!

I have been purchasing Air-Mate Fans for a couple of years now! I absolutely love them and I have bought them for gifts, too! They are so quiet with perfect circulation! However, one of the fans I received had a louder than usual sound when I turned it on. I contacted Amazon CS and then they connected me to the manufacturer of Air-Mate. Everyone was wonderful and my fan issue was quickly resolved. I want to thank everyone because I am one happy customer! 5 Stars!
