Very good price. I needed a multi vitamin without vitamin A these are perfect

It's pretty easy to get too much vitamin A stored in your liver after years of multivitamins with 2x RDA, organ meats, and fortified bread products, so this multi is great to help relieve the toxicity.

When I found out about smoking and betacaratene in vitamins (can increase chances of lung cancer) I ordered these. I eat my carrots but the doc wants me on a multivitamin so I am hoping these do well.

Price was right; also lacks vitamin A so that’s a bonus to any of us who used to (or currently) use tobacco products (look it up, former smokers shouldn’t take vitamin A from a supplement due to cancer risks—eat natural food sources for vitamin A).

Took a chance on a repeat purchase after a previous order had a nearly expired use-by date. Well, I’m happy to report that this shipment reflects a 2025 use-by date.
