I got these for my daughter to try. There weem to be gooc multivitamins. She doesn't feel any different taking them, but we weren't really expecting that.

Pill size is a bit big, but to accommodate all the constituents listed, I think the size is required. But most of all, I think it's working. After taking this regularly, it makes you feel active, and your mood stays fresh.

This is a great multivitamin for women. It has many of the ingredients that I look for in a vitamin. The caplets are fairly large, but that’s not an issue for me. I fill my mouth with water first, then toss the caplet in. For me, they’re easy to swallow. The serving size is only one per day, which is a plus. The bottle has enough for six and a half weeks, roughly a month and a half. There is no unpleasant taste, aftertaste or smell. This multivitamin works as described. Highly recommend.

There is a lot of stuff in these multivitamins. I was surprised that the serving size was only one tablet until I opened the bottle and saw the size of the tablets. These things are huge. Luckily I don't have a problem swallowing pills, but if you do you should look elsewhere. They have compacted the stuff that is sometimes put in a serving size of 3 medium capsules into one giant tablet. Personally that's a positive, not a negative for me, so I'm not taking off any stars for it, but I thought people might want to be alerted to this in case it's a problem for them. Regarding the large amount of "stuff" in these tablets, I am happy to find a multivitamin with a good amount of the trace minerals like selenium, zinc and iodine. I am taking off a star for the large collection of herbs that all are included in such small amounts that they probably don't do anything. If you feel like you need that stuff you're going to have to take it separately from your multi to get a useful amount.

I was out of my regular gummy multi vitamins, so picked these up. I really like that you only have to take one pill a day, not two, to get the full daily dose value. This multi vitamin surprised me with all the extra supplements it reports to include. I don't normally take many of the extra items and was a bit nervous as I have a pretty sensitive stomach. The doses on most of the herb type items were only 25mg, so that may have been why I didn't have any bad reactions. I have to say that normally I take my vitamins and I feel no real difference. I noticed almost immediately with these that I did seem to have more energy and I really noticed more on days that I forgot to take one that I was lagging a bit.

Both the Multi-NRG and the Women’s Centrum “Minis” offer the *same 27 clinically corroborated vitamins and minerals, albeit promising they offer you hundreds to thousands of percentages over the dubious minimum daily requirements. A slight difference is that one dose of Multi-NRG does offer higher amounts of each of these vitamins. However, the cost is $0.15 per dose for Centrum and $0.39 per dose for NRG. Another difference is that NRG includes a "me too" hodgepodge of 16 Natural Herbal Ingredients, of mostly 25-milligram amounts that may or may not meet the rumored recommended dose from other sources. I am down rating them because they are only offering token amounts of Herbal Ingredients, simply to claim they are offering them, nothing more. So, if you only want vitamins and minerals, I suggest Centrum is more cost effective. Alternatively, if you dont mind the extra cost and you think you will benefit from Natural Herbs in token amounts, then go with Multi-NRG. For what it’s worth, please don’t assume either brand is sufficient for your needs. Always consult a Board-Certified MD to understand what is best for your unique requirements.

A lot of times vitamins will list a proprietary blend of ingredients and the the actual ingredient amounts are not listed so I'm not sure how much of each ingredient am getting. Added a photo of the ingredient list to show how every single ingredient in this America Medic Multivitamin is spelled out with the specific amount. Love that only 1 caplet is needed and this is made in the USA in a FDA registered facility with cGMP. That's really what I hope for in all my supplements - but it's not always easy to find that level of quality, especially at a reasonable price. This isa good value in my humble opinion. I've been taking one caplet with my breakfast for almost a week and feel higher energy, so my guess is my body likes what's in this multivitamin. I like that the contact info, manufacture + expiration dates and lot number (all cGMP requirements) are clearly shown. These are better quality than expected and they work!
