ARCH Pain Relief Orthotics, Insoles for Men (8-12), 1 Pair Shoe Inserts

great Arch support. I had bad Plantar Fasciitis in my 40s. Now 60 and can still run because of these Arch supports (been using these for 10-15 years, buy new pair when I buy new shoes) . I prefer they are 3/4 length so my toes and foot have plenty of room in my shoes. (just need to loosen the laces 10-20%. I have 4-5 sets, in my shoe rotation so they can air out and don't need to switch from shoe to shoe. But start with 1-2 sets and make sure you like them. They might slip in some shoes, but work great in all tennis, casual & dress shoes.

So, I was told by my podiatrist that I had a bone spur in my heel. It hurt to walk. I used these for a month or so and the problem went away. I am not sure if it went away because of these or if it would have healed on it's own anyway, but even when it was bad, it hurt less to walk with these and I felt a fair to good level of support from them. Now that the problem has resolved, I am still using them. I bought some more, a set for each pair of shoes I own. I think i might be preventing the problem from coming back, and it does feel like i have more support for my feet, and I walk a little more comfortably with them. I have used them in sneakers and in leather shoes.

Bought these for more support in my work boots since I’m standing and up and down ladders all day. My feet were hurting all the time especially in the arch in the mornings, these totally fixed the issue and feel great. Only thing is they’re not made to fit a whole shoe, so they can slide around a bit while I’m putting shoes on

Estas plantillas me han ayudado muchísimo con el dolor en el arco del pie. Las compré porque paso muchas horas de pie y ya estaba sintiendo molestias constantes. Desde que las uso, la diferencia ha sido evidente: menos dolor, más comodidad y mejor postura al caminar. Se ajustan muy bien a mis zapatos (uso talla 10) y no se sienten incómodas ni estorban. El soporte en el arco es firme pero acolchado, lo justo para dar estabilidad sin rigidez. Las uso tanto para caminar como para trabajar, y la verdad han hecho una gran diferencia en mi día a día. Si sufres de dolor en los pies o simplemente quieres mejorar el soporte en tu calzado, estas plantillas valen totalmente la pena.

I’ll keep simple. These 3/4 insoles are amazing. Support and Comfort are phenomenal. I’m a heavy dude and sorta flat footed, these insoles provide superb cushion in the heel area. Works with 98% of shoes (oxfords, Nike air ones, vans). Obvious ones that don’t work on are sandals and crocs.

Dr Scholl's Extra Arch Support inserts aren't returnable, but you don't learn that unless you look to the ride side of the screen and use the drop down menu that says "Eligible for Return or Replacement." Actually, they are only returnable if damaged or defective. The arch support was very thick, and accordingly strong, and for me it wasn't comfortable. So, after checking them out I decided to return the inserts only to find out too late that they aren't returnable unless damaged or defective. The headline on Amazon's drop down suggests something different when it says "Eligible for Return or Replacement," so I didn't bother to read any further. For me, the supports didn't work, and neither did Amazon's misleading drop down menu. The lesson is, be sure to read all the fine print and hidden print. Also, if you order them they are yours, like them or not, and there's an even chance that they may not be to your liking.

I was a bit skeptical that these might actually help with foot pain. But my dad who has the exact same problem feet as myself (or should I say I have his feet) read a review that rates these good for people with low arches and decided for the price to try them. He loved them, so I gave them a shot and I can say I’m not in love with them, but man they make my feet hurt less. They’re a bit of a pain to get used to, because they stop in the middle of the shoe and that drove me nuts at first, but after a few days I didn’t notice it almost at all anymore. Will probable buy more down the road.

i've tried a few different inserts and these are the only ones that gave me relief! they are absolutely amazing and saved my feet, but due to heavy use, they do wear quite fast. typically have to be replaced after a few months after using them in work shoes where you're on your feet all day. if you don't expect heavy use like that, they should last you longer! for the relief it gave my feet, it seems worth the money.
