You’ll see the results when you finish the bottle but the results are amazing

I do feel like I’m seeing great results with this product so I have continued reordering it. The one thing I do not like, and this is why I’m taking off a star is the packaging. There is to continue sending customers large bottles for just a handful of pills. We know what we ordered and we know the larger bottle does not mean we got a bigger value or larger amount. This is a brand new bottle of 30 count that I just opened and look how much space is going to waste. This bottle is “full” with a 30 tablets, so why leave so much space?

I was really excited to try this biotin out - I mean, 4.5 stars and over 91,000 ratings is insane and pretty awesome! I wanted to add biotin to my supplements to encourage new hair growth & healthy skin along with my collagen, which is why I bought this. I chose the 5,000mcg option because I figured that was a safer way to ease into it than starting with the 10,000mcg right off the bat but also might show me faster results than taking the 2,500mcg. Pros: I love that this is third-party tested, non-GMO, doesn't have fillers, and is made with organic coconut oil. All great things. Apparently there are some discrepancies in capsule color between buying this biotin through Amazon and directly through the site, but the reviews describing what the proper color should be matched the ones that I received. I also made sure that when I was checking out, the seller was Sports Research. Cons: After a few days into taking it with my usual morning supplements, I started getting a baby headache. Not knowing what was causing it, I brushed it off. My boyfriend suggested that it was maybe the biotin, since it was the only thing different in my regimen. However, having taken biotin before with no issues, I didn't think I would have this reaction, so I continued to take it like normal. The next day, the headache got worse. The next morning, I had a full-blown throbbing migraine. I decided to cut out the biotin to start a process of elimination. It decreased in intensity as soon as I stopped taking the biotin, but still took a couple of days for the headache to completely disappear. I really want this biotin to work out because of all the great reviews, and I don't want the rest of the bottle to go to waste, so I'm wondering if maybe I ease back into it by taking it a couple of times a week and then increasing to every other day, that might not cause such a reaction. But honestly, with how bad my headache got, I don't want to risk it yet. For those who are thinking about trying it out, I definitely recommend easing your way into it and keeping tabs on how you feel, so if you start feeling a headache coming on, you can know it's the biotin and take a break. Apparently headache is a common side effect of taking biotin, and I had no idea since I've never had this reaction taking biotin before.
