Does l-arginine work better with l-citrulline? I’m confused!

Yes it’s from fermented vegetable sources rather than duck feathers (yum!). It’s also GMO free which is a relief :)

Is this just for men?

Hiya - no I’m taking it for peri menopausal symptoms and I think it’s starting to help.. Men do take it for different reasons but it’s definitely not just for men. My other friend takes it for leg cramping so it does all sorts of things!
