Soy un ultramaratonista de montaña con más de 10 años de experiencia en carreras de +42km y este es el mejor complemento para elevar tus niveles de glucosa en sangre rápidamente y darte las sales necesarias que pierdes durante un entrenamiento y/o competición. Para mi simplemente es indispensable. Uno cada hora disuelto en 500cc me permite mantener literalmente "el alma en el cuerpo". Jejeje
