Lenovo 14.0 Wide Privacy Filter Fits 14.0 Inch Widescreen Laptop Computers(0A61769, Retail Packaging) For Non Touch Models Only

Love it. I was working on my pc one day and a person came up to talk to me. When I told them I was just working they said but your screen in black. When they looked over my shoulder they could see the screen. They thought it was pretty cool. Love the privacy from wandering eyes.

The Privacy Screen stickers stick to the computer screen. While the stickers are clear they are rather wide and extremely long making them noticeable and annoying. Furthermore the Privacy Screen stickers do not make temporary use very friendly. The stickers pick up lint and dirt so that it obscures the view of the computer screen. Thus you are required to throw away those and purchase new stickers; great business plan for company but not so much for the consumer. I guess this privacy screen is somewhat okay if you never intend to remove it but for work purposes there are times it must be removed. In the end, I would not purchase this screen.

This product is fantastic at what it is supposed to do - keep other people from being able to read your screen. Now, it doesn't mean they can't _see_ your screen, it doesn't block it out completely, but as long as they're off center they won't be able to read words. Your boss may be able to tell you're on Facebook though just by the shape and colors :) The only real con for me is the tabs you have to put on your laptop. Frankly, they don't look very good and are slightly distracting until you get used to them. That said, I don't even notice them anymore.

Works ok

This is the only 3M privacy screen that actually fit my Lenovo T420, there are others (such as the gold series) that come up as recommended for the T420 but they did not fit.

In the description of the product, it was published as almost new. When I received the product, there was a 3 inch crease in the middle of the filter. Also, there was dirt smear across the filter. The product was not as advertised.

This is not a good screen and I wish I could return it (waited too long to install it). Privacy protection is mediocre - easily can recognize words at more than 45' angle. No vertical protection but that is common with such screens. The manufacturer and model number of the screen are prominently etched at the top right side - very distracting. There is a notch cut off right next to the etched numbers. I guess it is supposed to help customer remove the screen. Since the screen reduces the brightness then this notch is like a flashlight pointing at you. The picture is misleading - this is not a tabless design. The tabs are quite prominent and distracting. On the plus side - it is cut to size.

Gives me the privacy I need but why so DANG expensive? Really no reason for the inflated price, have searched for a homemade version to no avail

L'ho comprato per farne un uso professionale. Viaggio spesso in treno e lavorando al computer ho bisogno di mantenere la privacy su quello che faccio. Di lato la vista è assolutamente offuscata. Dall'alto, tuttavia, è da migliorare. Si vede praticamente tutto solo un po' più scuro. Prodotto interessante ma da migliorare. Da rivedere anche il meccanismo con sui si fissa al monitor. Capisco che sia difficile tenerlo attaccato ma ricorrere a dei "binari" che si appiccicano sui bordi dello schermo mi sembra una idea miglirabile. Anche perché questi affarini tendono a raccogliere un mare di polvere (ed è difficile andarli a ripulire) dando un aspetto poco curato al pc.

La verdad es que es un producto que da pereza comprar, pero si viajas en tren o avión y manejas información sensible, es una buena inversion. si alguien está a tu lado, no puede leer nada de tu pantalla ano ser que se acerque descaradamente.

Très efficace, cependant ce modèle s'applique directement sur l'écran et non via des systèmes de glissière qui viennent prendre place sur le pourtour de l'écran. Ce qui force à la longue de le décoller et recoller via un adhésive 3M étudié pour.

This Product is providing privacy. This Privacy is applicable only to those people, who are sitting to our left / right sides, But NOT Blocking the direct views behind back, from close up to longer area. Overall a good product, for those who want to avoid peeping into our laptop by others, sitting / standing on sides, while using the laptop.
