took very little trimming to fit my shoes

I need a lot of arch support and it's hard to find insoles that can fit the bill. I usually end up putting at least 2 sets of insoles in my shoes to get enough arch support. Not anymore though. These are super awesome! They're solid, offer great arch support and they're really easy to install. I highly recommend these if you are looking for an inexpensive way to make your feet happy. I'll be buying more for my other shoes and boots.

I imagine I’ll need a new one eventually when it wears away but it feels very supportive. I stopped wearing it a couple of weeks and started wearing it again and remembered it has great arch support. Will probably buy again when my current pair dies

Its only been a few days. But out of 20 different inserts and arch support shoes, this has relieved all the pain. These help keep your feet level and straight so your flat feet don’t make you arch in which was my problem

I purchased these before & they work great for my plantar fascitis following each of my knee surgeries. I will continue to purchase these too! Excellent price too!
