Neck Pillow has made a huge difference on long flights and road trips. The 100% pure memory foam provides excellent support for my neck and head, helping prevent stiffness and soreness after hours of sitting. It molds perfectly to my neck without feeling too firm or too soft. I really like the upgraded ergonomic design—it keeps my head from falling forward or to the sides while sleeping. The pillow is lightweight and easy to carry, and the cover feels soft and breathable. It also compresses nicely into its travel bag without losing its shape. This is one of the most comfortable travel neck pillows I’ve used. If you travel frequently and want better rest on airplanes, trains, or in cars, I highly recommend this pillow.

This is a good quality product that provide great support. My severe facet joint and disc pain is alleviated to an extent by stabilizing the neck and restricting lateral movement. The covering material is soft and warm, making ths a very comfortable device to use. The draw strings are a good addition to provide additional support where needed. I like this!

Used this pillow on a train 13 hour train ride. I bought it based on other customer reviews stating that is is very comfortable and offers good support. The memory foam is firm yet comfortable, flexible and the contoured shape offered good neck support. However, since my head tends to fall forward when I sleep it did not help much. I did use it in opposite position but that was not comfortable. I'm pleased that the pillow comes in a travel bag which makes it easier to travel around with. You can just roll it up after use, put it back it's bag and then safely tucked away in your carry-on bag. It also comes in a zippered removable cover which allows for washing which is plus. The drawstring can be adjusted to fit the size of your neck. I'm someone who has difficulty sleeping when travelling so everything has to be just about right. Even though it did not work for me, I would still recommend this item.

This neck pillow is very comfortable & supportive. However, I have 2 "complaints" (or ideas to change for future ones being made), that is it's too wide to wear headsets that you wear over your ears for noise cancellation. If you have ones for in the ea, thowe would probably be ok. The 2nd is that it is really hard to roll it up tight, to get it in the travel bag. Otherwise I really like it.

Very nice, very comfortable neck pillow that I find was better quality than the ones in the airport and cheaper. Also easy to fold up and store in its bag.

Husband wanted this for his shoulder surgery recovery. It is super padded and maybe a little to much so for what use we wanted but this is very soft and comfortable. Has a travel bag so would be nice to take on a car or airplane trip easily.

Helped me sleep really well on the 24 hour train ride. Comfortable, never got too warm on the back of my neck. My preference as a side sleeper while I'm pregnant. I turned it so the back side of the pillow was on either shoulder to be able to lean my head slightly while it supported my neck. No neck/ shoulder pain after either 24 hour mostly upright sleeping on the train. Honestly I was impressed with the function in design and how easy it was to support my neck on a bumpy train ride. With my medium length hair I didn't feel any slipping in my bonnet or not while using it as a pillow/ neck support. I hope it maintains it's durability for years to come because I don't think I'll need any other memory foam pillow after this one.

Good and comfy until you use it sitting down. Maybe it was just not the right one for my head shape but it was too bulky on the back of the neck while sitting up and caused it to be a bit awkward. Great for using as a pillow thought. The hotel i stayed at had flat pillows and this helped for that and good for naps of a recliner
