Product is fake
The product sold in india on amazon is fake. The texture and consistency of the product is very different and leaves your skin feeling so dry. I have been using the same product in the UK for over a year now and this one is nothing like that. I knew it is fake just after the first use.

Bottom seal was opened
I don't know whether to trust this seller and the product as the top seal was intacted, however, bottom one was opened. This is the same case with all the LA Roche product

Fake Product Scam
The shape of the dropper and the bottle is completely different from original, serum itself has different consistency and smell. The label doesn’t have the QR code for authenticity. The expiry is supposed to be 3 months but bottle says 2 months. Amazon customer service are absolutely useless in getting a refund even though the entire product is fake

Package arrived damaged and leaking. No response or resolution. Not recommended.
It was broken while delivery requested for a replacement but rejected by them also shared image od the damaged item worst of money The package we received arrived in a damaged condition, with visible leakage compromising the contents. Despite promptly raising the issue and requesting either a refund or a replacement, there has been no meaningful response or resolution from the seller. Multiple attempts at communication have gone unanswered, reflecting poor customer service and a lack of accountability. This experience has been highly disappointing and inconvenient. Given the product’s condition and the seller’s failure to address the problem, we strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this source to prevent similar issues and potential loss. Customer support and reliability are severely lacking.

Excellent sérum, ma peau est plus lumineuse et paraît visiblement plus uniforme. La texture est légère, pénètre rapidement et ne laisse aucun film gras. Le flacon est très pratique. Après quelques semaines d’utilisation, mon teint est plus frais et mes imperfections atténuées.
