I originally bought this product on the charging cable’s website. I feel in love as soon as I used it for 2 reasons - Long-Lasting Quality & Fast Charging. This cable charges up my phone SUPER FAST, like 0 to 90 in like 30mins no joke. I use this cable on my iPad as well for gaming and it’s the best. For example, other charging cables can’t keep up with the gaming app draining my battery, so I can’t keep playing even though I’m simultaneously charging the iPad while using it. But this charger from Native Union? Not only can it keep up with the game draining my battery, it can also outperform it and charge my iPad to 100%! This charging cable from Native Union also comes with an anchor ball that weighs about 1pound. Really useful if you want to get rid of the long cable touching around your hands or feet. It’s super long, enough to use across my entire room! Highly recommend this!

Great heavy duty cable. After a year it became faulty. I’m guessing from a manufacturing defect because the cord or plug wasn’t frayed or bent. Contacted Native Union support and they resolved the issue immediately and are sending a replacement. Great value for money plus customer service to back it up. Highly recommend!

Native Union cords not only have a lifetime guarantee, but they are also the most durable cords. The one I currently have is several years old and still going strong. I bought this one to keep in the kitchen, so I can leave the other one in the bedroom. I absolutely love this charge cord /cable! I regretted purchasing another brand of charge cord previously that also had a “lifetime guarantee,” but after only having it for about a year, I noticed that it would literally drain my battery right in front of my eyes within just a few minutes. I am notorious for dictating most every text, email, review, & social media post, & this drains my iPhone battery quickly, so I am frequently plugged up charging while I am dictating. One night when I was using this other brand of charge cord, I had 35% left on my battery before I plugged up to charge. But within a couple of minutes of being plugged up to charge, I noticed that my battery had dropped down to 19% while it is supposed to be charging and increasing my battery percentage! At first I thought maybe I was just overly tired and imagining things, until the same thing happened the very next morning! I literally had to quickly snatch the plug out of my phone to stop the cord from draining my battery instead of charging it! After doing a little research I found out that charge cords have a microchip in each end, and if either microchip fails, weird things can happen! Do not trust any other brand other than Native Union for your charge cord needs!

UPDATE: They got back to me a day later. Product replacement arrived within a few days later. They were awesome! Metal part broke real quick. I had made sure to put it under warranty just in case something like this happened. Well, when it did, I contacted the customer service chat. That was helpful in terms of what to do next to have the warranty get me a new cable. Well, I sent them what they needed at the email address (my contact info. pictures of the damage, my Amazon proof of purchase and some number from the box it came in and guess what, crickets are chirping. No one has gotten back to me. Never again! Wasted money!

These chargers last longer than lower priced ones. I like the knot as well, it helps keep the wire in place and makes it easier to find when disconnected from your phone. I think the cost of these is kind of outrageous but probably 6 in one 1/2 dozen the other when you take into account that they last longer than cheaper chargers. Mine have lasted two years until they stop charging. Less expensive ones last anywhere from 3 to 12 months. There was no visible damage to the chargers like there are to less expensive options when they are bent too often. I was initially drawn to this brand because of their (lifetime?) guarantee to replace the item if it breaks. (Which I have had to use) Then my replacement charger broke and I didn’t feel right about asking for a second. So I’m looking for other options now. I’ve found some very cheap 10 foot chargers but I find myself missing the knot which helps keep it where you put it. Without the knot, the chargers can disappear in the couch or on the floor. Currently trying to think of a workaround.

Love the fact that this stays out on my night stand. The length is great and the choice of colours was a nice bonus. Pricey but good quality

Dieser kleine Bommel am ende des Kabels ist nicht nur sehr schön sondern auch noch sehr praktisch. Einerseits kann ich die Kabel so viel leichter auseinander halten, andererseits rutscht das Kabel so nicht mehr hinter die Tischkante bzw. vom Tisch runter. Das Kabel ist super hochwertig und wird sicherlich einige Zeit lang halten! Kabel lädt ohne Unterbrechung!

For an iPhone cable, the price may seem a little steep. And yes, you could pick up a cheaper cable. But my word, this is the best charging cord I’ve had! The length guarantees full bedroom (any room) use on charge, and the added weight ball is a great way to keep what length you need on-hand, while excess can lay out of sight, out of mind!
