Stunning embellishment to liven up granddaughter dress. Placed around the waist band to make it pop!

Beautiful but only issue I have is the weight. It can only be placed on a heavy type fabric due to its weight. Needed it for chiffon. Was too heavy for that material. Other than that, it is beautiful and color is gorgeous.
