Basically, put in batteries, plug in the wifi dongle, and you're good to go. The keypad has good rubber feet for stability and I can place it where I want without ever losing connection. I also like the "00" key which is good for financial entries. The keys have a concise and positive feel, very much like laptop keys. The mouse is very good to use - nice soft feel on the sides for grip and I particularly like the soft but pronounced click; it's barely audible so therefore good when you're on the phone (a caller doesn't think you're doing something while they're talking). I have big hands, so a message to Caltek: please make a mouse just like this but 1.5x or 2x the size for big hands - an XL version! (Hardly anyone does and many men have big hands). Overall, great products and very well priced - five stars.

My new lap-top has straight line numeric keys and bought this set so that I could use it as a calculator key board but the wireless mouse is an excellent bonus. Very easy to use and very practical.

Works fine - however entering negative numbers from the keypad sometimes I have to use shift and minus sometimes not. There seems to be no way of stopping this. Mildly irritating...

The keypad has an excellent quality, by adding 00 botton was really useful. The set up was simple and easy, only took 2mins. If the seller provide battery that would amazing. Have to mention that the mouse’s quality need some improvement.

I like the mouse and keypad in all senses except the battery life. Even with the automatic sleep mode and turning the mouse off when not in use, it has gone through the two AAA batteries in less than 3 weeks.

I bought this item for use with my media server as I wanted a very small keyboard that did not have a numeric pad to save on space, i can keep this pad in my draw and bring it out ehen I need to input numbers. The mouse is very light weight, accurate and my only gripe is you cannot change the DPI settings using a dedicated button. I am happy with this product and would recommend them.

Only used once. When to use again and there is a dodgy connection and now does not work. Do not buy very poor quality.

Unfortunately the mouse didn't work so had to return it although product looks good and keypad was fine.

Purchased 8 combo packages to use with Chromebooks and they work very well. Two caveats; the numlock key does not work on Chromebooks (not really a problem since we got them because the Chromebooks don't have number pads) and had to get lithium batteries for the numeric keypads...ordinary alkaline batteries were not strong enough. Otherwise, an excellent value.

I have a Macbook, HHK2 pro keyboard which doesn't have a key pad. I have a USB/HDMI hub with limited number of USB ports. Now I need a mouse. A really cool thing about this is that I don't need two USB ports. There's only 1 receiver for both the mouse and the key pad. Key pad is pretty well made with the rubber feet at the bottom, so it doesn't move around on the desk. Mouse is comfy and small, so it's handy when you're traveling. Setting up is super easy. You don't have to pair with the device because it comes with the USB receiver. The mouse is not super elegant like expensive ones, but it's good for the price. Recommend getting this one if you just want a working mouse and keypad and forget about anything complex.
