Happy cat now thanks to you
I have a new cat thanks to this medicine and new high protein food. I wish I could thank you more. Started product along with a new diet and my cat went from 15.9 lbs 12.1 lbs in 4 months. She is so happy now I seriously can't believe how amazing this product worked. But I also changed food from indoor senior to high protein with wet food combo.

my little rescue was so sick he was tortured by his other owners they cut his front toes off they treated him bad.. they let there dogs hurt him as well.. one day he came here and never left.. we took him to the vet . given all kinds of medications did the scan. got his real name as buddy.. so we kept it.. the other people know we have him.. they were fined for the damage they did to him.. he was getting skinner and skinner just about down to bones. I have been ordering all kinds of different foods for him. and finely found the pureed chicken in the pouch.. Not the gravy.. he wont touch it. but he kept losing weight. I figured maybe he is a diabetic.. Wow.. there it is.. we started him on this et Wellbeing - Blood Sugar Gold for Cats - Natural Support for Healthy Blood Sugar Levels. Our other cat who passed away her diabetic medications at the vet .ran about 160 dollars.. well she did pass away.. but I found this Natural Healthy blood sugar. I put 2 drop in his food in the morning and 2 at night for bed.. he loves it.. I love the price.. his weight is starting to come back..he went from being around 3 lbs for a full grown cat.. and now he is about 6 lbs.. getting to be more of a cat .. then one who just mopes around.. Thank you for saving his little life.. this Natural Support for Healthy Blood sugar .. Sure does help.. and the price is purrrfect.. Thank you..

Does not smell enticing but seems to help
I'll update this later if I can get my cat to eat it regularly. It doesn't smell like bacon, more like molasses, and my cat doesn't like it. She wouldn't even lick it off her paw, which has worked reliably in the past to deliver other medicines that she wouldn't otherwise consume. I got her to eat some drops by putting it on a spoon and then covering it with baby food (pureed chicken). Every time she got a taste of this product she would stop, but the lure of the baby food brought her back. Here's hoping I can keep tricking her. Edit about 1 month in: What has worked consistently is making a well in my cat's normal meal of canned food, putting the drops in the well, then loosely covering it with more wet food. When she bites into that area, she stops and licks her chops, like she's trying to get the taste out of her mouth, but then she'll go back and finish her food anyway. Her gait has improved, she doesn't walk with her back legs so crouched anymore and she isn't at the water bowl as frequently. Her severe arthritis made it difficult for me to spot the change in gait initially, as she was already walking very stiffly. Now that the signs of neuropathy appear to be gone, I can see the difference. She's going in for a checkup with a new vet soon and I'll be interested to hear what the vet thinks of this stuff. My cat does not appear to have lost any weight and could probably stand to lose a pound or two still, but we'll see how her checkup goes. She does not yet have an official diagnosis. If you have an overweight cat, read up on signs of diabetes in cats to try to catch it early. My cat has been a big water drinker and overweight for a long time, but testing at the vet never revealed anything. Other symptoms appeared starting last year when I had switched her back to dry food for a little while (never fully extending back legs, coat is flakier than usual, lethargy as opposed to just normal snoozing, drinking even more water than usual). Edit 2 months in: I no longer give this to my cat. The new vet basically said it was a useless herbal supplement which I don't necessarily agree with, but there was no evidence of diabetes in the testing. Honestly I have no way of telling whether it worked because I had switched my cat from a dry + wet food diet back to wet only at the same time I introduced this supplement. High protein food is essential for (diabetic) cats. There's been no sign of what I thought was neuropathy returning.

Seemed to help regulate my cat's glucose..he hasn't gained any weight back but doesn't seem lethargic like before.

Nearly killed my cat!
I wish I had known what I know now, before purchasing this stuff. My cat has been diabetic for 5 years. He's on an animal based insulin, eats vet-approved food to manage his glucose levels but something wasn't working for him and this product was recommended to me by someone who also had a diabetic cat. I ordered it but did not give him anything until I showed it to my vet. He looked at the ingredients, the dosing instructions etc. and said to start slowly, to give the cat less than the recommended dosage and only once a day instead of twice. Thank GOD I listened to him! After 4 doses (4 days), my cat started acting strange. He vomited a lot, he was lethargic, hiding, which he never did before, and refusing to eat or drink. On the 5th day, his sugar levels were quite high and he was barely moving. I rushed him to the vet and they did bloodwork immediately and found that his glucose levels were on the high side of normal, but that his calcium and phosphorous levels were off the charts. The bloodwork machine could not get a reading because they were so high. The only thing that had changed in his diet was this product. The vet kept it for testing and came to find out that some of the ingredients can cause adverse reactions in some cats and that high calcium levels was one of them. He said basically what would happen if I continued with it, was the cat's heart and other organs would eventually mineralize and kill him. He was on the threshold of that happening after only FOUR doses! I was livid! My poor baby stayed at the clinic for 3 days, racking up a bill of over $600 that I can't afford to pay but at least they saved his life! He is home now but still not acting like himself. He has to have his bloodwork rechecked this coming week to see what his levels for calcium and phosphorous are and to ensure his sugar is under control. That's another $70 out of pocket that I can't afford but I'll do anything for my baby. There should be a disclaimer on the product that this can cause serious adverse effects and what those are. I am absolutely blown away by how something that seemed so effective for other cats, nearly took the life out of mine. I would sue the company that makes this stuff but I haven't got the money to be bothered with that. A refund and paying the vet bill would be sufficient - but I don't think they care enough about my cat to even think about that. Just be careful - don't give this to your own cat or dog without checking with your vet first. Tell them what happened to mine before you blindly give your beloved pet this product. I wouldn't wish this ordeal on anyone else, and especially not their furbabies! Consider yourself warned.

Know your pet's ailment
Make certain your cat definitely has diabetes before using this product. I ASSUMED he did, as his symptoms seemed to indicate it: loss of weight, lethargy, loss of appetite...so I bought this and put drops into his food each time I fed him (he was only eating about a half of a plastic teaspoon each day). Well, after a week or two, he seemed to lose even MORE Of his appetite! Seemed to be going down....and I considered taking him to the vet - One. Last. Time. Instead, I backed off of giving him these drops. WIthin 2 days, he was begging for food - hungry all the time now! He can eat a couple of cans of food all by himself now! He is still sickly (haven't taken him in the vet, because I dread to hear what is wrong, and don't want to spend Hundred$ to find out he's dying - I can see that for myself). Probably bad teeth, as he did have to have 5 teeth removed a year ago or so. I figure as long as he isn't in visible pain, and eating and other "normal" activities without too much distress, I'll just keep an eye on him. These drops MAY work for a cat with diabetes, but I won't ever know, I suppose. I'm just saying - DON'T do what I did! Make CERTAIN of a diagnosis before administering a medicine made for something.

Caution: Works. Not together with the insulin.
***Forgot to add some important details about this product that will be useful for any pet parent with either a diabetic cat or dog.*** This product does work. Unfortunately, not together with the insulin. The purpose of this product is to help lower and control the sugar. Same way the insulin does too. Trust me when I tell you this supplement does work, but you cannot give two things at the same time to help your pet with their diabetes. It is either one or the other. If you give both the problem will be that your pet will become hypoglycemic and can be fatal if you are not around or fast enough to bring the sugar back up. Happened once with my cat. I was only giving her this supplement once a day while on insulin every 12 hours. The first week went great. The following week her sugar dropped so low my cat became hypoglycemic. Luckily, I was home and noticed my cat wasn’t moving. She started to stagger, dizzy, and confused. I tried to tempt my cat with treats to get her attention and she would not walk towards me. Immediately, I had to check her sugar which indeed was extremely low and offer her food. Took a few minutes for her sugar to get too normal. My advice would be, if you decide to give your pet this supplement, you would need to stop the insulin. Cannot do both. My cat Luna been diabetic since November. She has been on insulin ever since and on diet food. I started recently using this product. I have notice 3 things so far. Good things. First, my cat stopped vomiting due to her being nauseous. Second, Luna’s food cravings is under control. Last, her glaucous sugar reading is at 200. I check my cat’s sugar every morning. I am very amazed how well this product is working on my Luna.

Great results
Within 4 days my 13 year old rescue cat Ziggy was showing signs of improvement and by the end of the 2nd week his sugar levels were normal and he got his energy back. I'm glad we tried Wellbeing gold before I went with the Vets recommended Insulin regiment. Ziggy actually likes the taste
