Works great to charge the batteries for my headlamp. I do wish it came with a longer cable, and was USB-C connection. But otherwise it does what it's supposed to and seems to be good quality.

I have two of these lights. They are awesome, super-bright, multiple modes. The battery lasts a long time and is quick to recharge. I love the little charge indicator lights on the side. A bit pricey, but in my opinion, worth the extra money. I've used several headlamps over the years and this is by far the best! I have seen complaints about the battery compartment being hard to open. It hasn't been a problem for me. I use a small screwdriver to pry up the latch. Pops right open.

Seems to work well, but I had an issue when first connecting this to my Spot 400 lumen headlamp. It wasn't functioning. After looking at the contacts on my headlamp, I noticed they weren't fully flush. I took out a knife and slightly bent them out more and that fixed it and its now usable. This may fix your issue if its not working and you have confirmed you have a unit that should be compatible. For mine, it appears it was the + connector that wasn't making contact.

These are good quality and hold their charge fairly long. However, they are rather pricey at $20 for a small battery. I like the black diamond spot headlamp however so I like having two batteries because I have two chargers.

This single battery lasts longer than regular batteries. If you use the headlamp often for work or camping the investment will pay for itself pretty quickly. I already had the charger for a battery I bought earlier this year so could buy the stand alone battery for my wife’s headlamp

This is a very nice headlamp. Would have been nice to come with battery pack especially given the fact that you can use a rechargeable battery. But these are really nice headlamp.

High quality. I am going to save a fortune on batteries.

Nice bright light with several options. It is glitching a little bit on occasion when you turn it on it shuts itself back off.

If you’re considering this product, I highly recommend getting the one with a charger.
