I could finish a project but would have liked to have been able to get only one of this product as I didn't need three.

The threads I had purchased were a bit thinner than I needed to complete the project that I had ordered them for. I contacted the seller and they shipped me the same size number instead of a larger size number. I was to return the 1st shipment; but if I did, I won’t be able to complete the request timely. I decided to double the threads and asked the seller to charge me for the replacement I had received; otherwise, I will be late shipping the completed order which I am rushing to complete. The replacement was expedited; even though it wasn’t the right size, but I am very grateful for the promptness and great business acumen. I shall definitely order from the seller soon. I have project requests coming in as I am typing. This is a great company to order from. The threads have more yardage and cheaper than Red Heart. KUDOS!!!
