I have tried many of the top brands and they simply do not measure up! Their quality has sadly gone down over the years. They are poorly constructed, often stop working, are uncomfortable and lack therapeutic heat. This heating pad is wonderful. It is high quality from the pad itself to the control feature. It truly delivers in comfort, quality and heat. It is very soft and you do not feel the wiring through the pad, very comfortable to put on a sore area of the body. It has a nice long cord and a high quality control. It truly delivers and has a higher heat setting than most heating pads. I am so thankful that I took a chance on this one and grateful for the reviews that gave me some hope to give it a try. I have fibromyalgia and other injuries. Having a quality heating pad is a must. Finding one these days seemed almost impossible. It truly surpasses in all areas, comfort, quality and heat. It may be an unknown brand but it is everything I could have hoped for and more! Please try this, you will be very happy that you did!

I had written a great review and loved this pad. I’ve had it since mid January and it’s so cute and soft and worked great. It’s now end of March and it’s stopped working. I’ve used it maybe 15 times. It’ll be on for about 5 minutes and then turn off. And it displays a “nc” on the screen and I can’t even think of what that means. I’ll leave my old review below. I had given them 5 stars. But now I’m very upset. This was my favorite heating pad I’d ever owned. Now I’ll have to return it. Other reviewers have had the same issue and said their replacements did the same thing. My old review: I bought it cause of the cute flowers. But I love the tech. Turns rlly hot, has a timer so it’ll automatically turns off. It’s soooo soft. I’m actually obsessed with it. Also perk, it has a very long cord. Maybe like 6-8 ft ft ish. I hated my old pad cause the cord was 4 ft and my outlet isn’t close to my bed. Looks exactly like the picture.

Broke randomly after about a year of use. It’s super soft and cute but completely unusable. Throwing a 12E error AKA it’s now a fire hazard and complete garbage.

I can't live without a heating pad (dramaticism), and when my old one of a few years died, I bought this to replace it. Had it for a few weeks and so far loving it. It's huge so I can cover a large area at a time, and it literally only takes 10 or so seconds to get warm. It gets VERY hot, i have it always on level 7 out of 12. I'm actually scared what it would be like to turn it all the way up. I imagine it would be easy to get a burn much higher than 7, so careful with that. *update many months of use later* Don't plug this into an electrical outlet that's too strong. I plugged it in next to my fridge and I immediately heard something pop inside the plug and the pad stopped working. I ordered a replacement pad and am still able to use the cord, so the pad is what was affected

Great heating pad! Very cute design and it has several heat settings. It’s wide and fits across my entire waist. There is a timer on it that will automatically shut off at whatever time you set it. Works great for period cramps!

I bought a two pack of these heating pads because I already had one and liked it. These are very soft and fluffy with a reasonable hood range of heat settings. Two issues that mean they might not be for you: the light in the controller is extremely bright (green); definitely would keep me awake if I used it at night. The second and more annoying issues is that the pad makes a persistent ticking noise which I think is governed by the auto shutoff. The noise means I need to run a fan in order not to hear it. So between the light and the sound, this would not be good at bedtime (I think you are not really supposed to sleep with a heating pad so I guess that's a consideration) and I am removing a star on that basis. I was disappointed that the two pack did not match the product description, the pads were shipped separately and both heating pads were the same design rather than the two different designs. Since I had intended to give one to my partner I wanted us to be able to tell them apart, and this won't be possible. When I tried to exchange it was impossible to explain to the Amazon associate, who could not promise I'd receive two different designs and couldn't decide whether I needed to make two returns or just one. In the end I kept both since it wasn't worth more hassle.

Game changer for painful period cramps. This heating pad gets nice and toasty and I love how soft and cozy the fabric is. The pad is a large size and the controls are easy to use. The extra long cord is handy because I live in an old house that doesn’t have a ton of outlets. Highly recommended for the girls with period cramps that refuse to take painkillers.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It is so soft and cozy and bigger than the average heating pad.
