While browsing on Amazon for eye vitamins I came across this product (Eye Vitamins Supplement - Advanced Eye Care Vitamin with Lutein, Zinc, Vitamins C, E, Zeaxanthin & Minerals - Vision Multivitamin for Macular Health & Dry Eyes, Vegan, bottled in USA - 60 Capsules) and decided to purchase them. I am pleased with my purchase.

Seems to work okay but has made me very sick more than once, even taking one with food. I need a full meal for these Had to go to one per meal. Two at a time made me super sick.

It says to take this with water 30 minutes before eating. About 10 minutes after I took it I was hit with a reaction from the 32mg of zinc and 40 mg of niacin. Burning hot face, head hot and pounding, nausea, so dizzy I almost fell down the stairs. Followed by shaking all over. Took a cold cloth on my face for 15 minutes for the burning and pounding behind my eyes to lessen so I could get to the kitchen and make a piece of toast. Once I ate the toast it was another 30 minutes before the reaction stopped. However my equilibrium was off all day. I should have paid more attention and read all the ingredients. I was focused on finding a product with Bilberry, Eyebright and Lutein. I have purchased 6 different support supplements over the last few years. Never have I had any reaction like this one.
