I have found the glucosamine and chondroitin (without the extra turmeric, MSM, etc.) works better for me. This is a great value for the money. It's been working for me so I'd say the quality is good. The pills are large, but every brand is. At least these have a slick coating and it tastes like vanilla! So much easier to get down when it doesn't melt and taste gross.
