It does what it’s designed to do. Nothing special, nothing complicated. It does leak regardless of how tightly I secure the nozzle to the bulb, but the results are great. I was able to clean my bum of all remnants with just two refills (of course individual results may vary-but I rarely eat “clean” so the fact that I didn’t have to refill the bulb with water 15 times before the final rinse was clear is refreshing (pun intended). Also, the water shooting out from the sides of the nozzle instead of from the top surface of the nozzle, actually seems to be more effective than the traditional cleaners I’ve used to clean my bum. Also note that I’ve used traditional bum cleaners before that did not leak at all but I also had to refill the bulb about 8-10 times before my last rinse was completely clean. So there’s something to be said about the design of this nozzle. It works! Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and will continue to use it.

Easy to fill and use and boy oh boy does it have pressure behind the water. It’s comfortable but if you’re wanting to get cleaned out before a date and do it quickly then this is like a power washer for down there. Good quality silicone too I’ve had it for over a year now and there’s no deterioration or smells.

The screw in top allows easy filling with just a water spout. The alternative being those smaller teardrop shaped bulbs with a pop in nozzle suck honestly. Filling those smaller bulbs requires you to suck up the water out of a sink and it just takes more time all around. The size may be intimidating but it is squishy and soft so if you have any anal experience it should be fine. Also the increased flow just makes cleaning out faster, after switching to one of this style it takes like 3-5x less time to get prepped.
