This set has saved my gums. My gums were swollen, bleeding and sensitive. I was told brush more often and floss floss floss. This was so painful to do even with your common "soft" toothbrush. I suffered months on end. I am so happy I trusted Poshmamma and bought this kit. On the third day of using the routine day and night, I was completely healed. No swelling, no bleeding, I can brush normally. Oh and the brush that comes with the kit is heaven, a truly soft brush, what a relief. I've never oiled pulled before and was afraid it was going to be a gross experience, but noooooo, not at all. And the mouthwash, incredible. I am telling everyone how amazing these products are. Using pulling oil has been a new experience for me. I was impressed by the taste and texture - not offensive at all, but really different from toothpaste. My teeth are getting whiter and my gums feel much better. Company is good to deal with also!

Gave it a try. I like it. It was I interesting.

I saw this product on TikTok, so I thought I try it out. Honestly, it doesn’t have the best of flavor. It is an oil base so it just feels like you are swishing oil through your teeth, so it is a very bland flavor. It however, has whitened my teeth quite a bit and my teeth overall are less sensitive since I started using this product. I can now drink more coffee, it pulls the stains out petty well. Overall would recommend.
