Continental quality and value.
Have used Continental tires and tubes for a few years now switching away from Michelin. Our rides are mostly city urban streets and bike paths and regularly got flats when running Michelin tires and tubes. After switching to Continental tires (Gran Prix 4 Season) and tubes. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻no flats. These medium weight tubes and their “supersonic” lightweight tubes perform perfectly. Note these use are in the 70 gram weight range while the supersonic tubes are 50ish grams. Just a bit heavier than those finicky TPU tubes which failed within a month if not right out of the box. These tubes hold air for days if not a week or two. Nice ride and durable. Make sure to order the correct stem length to fit your wheel rims. Toss the valve stem nut never thought they would rattle until I found out it was the reason my front wheel rattled while rolling slow enough to hear it. Go figure

Excellent inner tubes!
They were easy to install on my 700c road bike and hold air! I always use Continental tires and inner tubes and never had an issue!

Great tubes!
Great tubes! Fit perfectly, hold air consistently and fold up really nice to carry as spares. I always have a couple with me on my rides.

Proper fit
Tubes are proper fit, but one tube was defective and the seal around the stem blew after putting it under pressure. This made me have to change my flat twice on my 62 mile race.

Both valves came apart in the same way
I had two of these tubes with me on a ride as spares. I got a flat and fitted the first, and the valve stem unscrewed when I tried to take the pump off after inflating it. After several tries at trying to pump the tire, then remove the pump without the valve separating into pieces, I gave up and tried the second one. Almost the same thing happened, but I was luckily able to grab the loose part of the valve and screw it back in before it let all the air out. If I hadn't got lucky, I would have been stranded miles from home. I have been cycling for 40 years and have never even heard about valve stems disassembling themselves like this. I was happy to pay a little extra for a trustworthy brand, but wow, I was very mistaken about Continental. I have used many brands of inner tubes over the years, and I've never seen such low quality. If you only ever use bike pumps that push on and then grip the valve, you may be okay. If, like me, you take a mini pump on rides that screws onto the valve, do not waste you time and money on Continental tubes. You may find, like I did, that the inner part of the valve unscrews when you try to remove the pump. It's just not worth the risk when there are so many higher quality alternatives.
